As we approach the end of 2025, one thing stood out – this was our busiest year so far. Big company projects, quick back-to-back events, you name it. All over Ireland, we pulled off real moments that hit home. This year felt less like chaos, more like change. Take a quick peek at what stood out.
A Signature Production at the Guinness Storehouse
One of the most memorable venue-based projects of the year took place at the iconic Guinness Storehouse, where we delivered a premium AV setup designed around brand storytelling, audience flow and immersive presentation. The staging, audio and lighting design integration transformed the space into a high-impact experience for all attendees.
6 Crews – 6 Events – 1 Day
A true test of precision and teamwork came on a single day when we deployed six full crews to deliver six events in parallel — each with its own brief, location and technical requirements. Every production ran smoothly, on time and to spec, showcasing the depth and capability of the Stacked AV Events team.

Bohemian Creatives – Twice in One Year
Our collaboration with Bohemian Creatives grew again this year with two unique productions. These events blended performance, expression and atmosphere, requiring lighting, audio and visuals that could move with the creative flow.
LOETB Event
We supported a dedicated event for LOETB, delivering a clear, reliable setup tailored to an education-focused audience. Stable audio, clean visuals and well-timed technical cues ensured the event ran flawlessly.
South Dublin County Council Event
A separate event for South Dublin County Council required a formal, civic-focused AV setup with strong speech reinforcement, crisp presentations and smooth staging. The result was a professional, well-executed production.
City of Dublin ETB Event
We worked closely with City of Dublin ETB on a high-attendance event featuring multiple speakers and tight transitions. Our team delivered a robust setup that ensured clarity, reliability and on-site support throughout the day.
Finglas Event (City of Dublin)
Another dedicated event within the City of Dublin network took place in Finglas, where we provided a full AV solution designed around straightforward delivery, clear messaging and consistent performance.
ACCS – Slieve Russell Hotel Golf & Country Club
A key moment in education this year hit at the ACCS conference, held up at the Slieve Russell Hotel. The show needed solid gear that could handle main-stage talks, group chats, while fitting plenty of people. Crisp sound rolled into sharp images, backed by stage design suited to the spot – making everything feel smooth and powerful. It wasn’t flashy, just well put-together, giving attendees a clear, engaging run-through from start to finish.
Recovery Academy Ireland
A meaningful highlight of the year was our work with Recovery Academy Ireland, supporting community voices and lived experience storytelling with AV designed to enhance clarity and connection.
Department of Rural & Community Development
This national-level event required high-level staging and broadcast-grade delivery. From screens to microphones to stage flow, the production reflected the professionalism and weight of the Department’s work.
Bamboo Medical Dermatology – Nurse Consultation Meeting at The Clarence Hotel
A new sector highlight came through Bamboo Medical, who hosted their Dermatology Nurse Consultation Meeting at The Clarence Hotel. This setup needed crisp visuals, reliable audio and a clean, clinical presentation style — a great example of our adaptability across industries.
EY — Our Biggest Event of 2025
The largest and most technically demanding production of the entire year was our work with EY. This event set the benchmark for Stacked AV Events in 2025, featuring: premium staging, integrated lighting, high-end visual content, meticulous cueing and coordinated crew operations. A milestone project that showcased the full capability of our team.
South William Clinic Event
Separate from EY, our event with South William Clinic featured polished presentation delivery, clean visuals and a premium finish aligned with their brand. A high-quality production in every detail.
ZEB 2025 Summit
The ZEB 2025 Summit – our crew needed to handle complete AV work on tight notice. Every part – LED walls, stage structure, lights along with the sound system – was set up, fine-tuned, then prepped for action in less than 120 minutes. Even though things moved quickly, each presentation came through clearly – every speaker stayed sharp. The smooth tech setup backed the event’s push for green solutions while boosting fresh thinking, so messages hit hard without fuss.
City of Dublin – Closing Out the Year Strong
One of the most impressive demonstrations of our speed and coordination this year took place at the Aviva Stadium, backing up the City of Dublin ETB during their main event. Instead of waiting around, the crew jumped in with under two hours to spare. They got two bright Epson laser projectors set up, each pumping out 16,000 lumens, plus big screens ready to go. Sound-wise, there was no cutting corners – a solid PA system rolled out using four speakers. On top of that, eight wireless mic lines were fired up so voices came through clean. Lighting wasn’t an afterthought either; it was built from scratch to keep everything looking sharp and easy to see.
Despite the short notice, the AV setup worked without issues – presentations stayed sharp, audio spread evenly, while keeping a clean vibe from start to finish. This showed exactly how well we perform when things get hectic.
Looking Ahead to 2026
In 2025, we went further – each task stretched our thinking while raising what we expect from ourselves on projects. Whether it was corporate to community, education to healthcare, we showed up ready, handling requests no matter how huge, urgent, or tricky they seemed.
