EY sought an impactful, professional setup capable of supporting up to 700 delegates, ensuring that all presentations could be seen from a distance and every speaker could be heard clearly throughout the space. Here’s what we provided to covert the hotel ballroom into an immersive arena.

• Over 70 square metres of bespoke LED screens as the vibrant visual centerpiece.
• A custom-built 10-metre stage creating a commanding presence for presenters.
• A comprehensive sound system and lighting design, engineered for crystal-clear audio and perfect illumination.
• A dedicated crew of 10 AV specialists on-site, providing seamless support and coordination throughout the event.
