Organising and running an event is no easy job. And, when it comes to LED screens, here are the 4 key things to consider for your upcoming event.

LED Screen Positioning

The positioning of your display is key when determining what display to rent. If you plan to use the screen to display important information, you should consider having the screen at eye level for your attendees. This tends to be the most comfortable height for people.

Audio Quality 

Typically, the audio will be handled by additional speaker rentals to ensure optimal quality and ease of listening by your attendees. Whether you go this route or use the built-in speakers of the LED screen rental, make sure to test and verify that the audio is of high enough quality and volume to be heard by all of your attendees prior to the event.

Number of LED Screen Displays

Sometimes one display may not be adequate for the content you plan to showcase. If you plan on showing two pieces of content simultaneously, you may consider getting a dual display. This is especially important if there is text that must be legible while also showing images.

LED Screen Display Size

Last but not least is the screen size to consider. This is largely dependent on the size of your venue, the number of attendees, and how far or close they will be to the screen. Make sure it’s large enough so that everyone can see the information clearly, but not so large that it distracts from other elements or is uncomfortable to view. The LED screen should be a complementary backdrop to your event, so be sure to choose the best size.

Another thing to consider is the screen resolution, or “pixel pitch” of the LED screen. The smaller the pixel pitch, the higher the resolution and quality of the image.
